Accounts Receivable Specialist - Remote

In Short

• Work on close activities, including preparation of journal entries and reconciliations.
• Support and guide business partners with accounting and reporting implications of transactions.
• Serve as the liaison with external auditors for annual audits.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of accounting records.
• Lead accounting automation projects.
• Support manager with projects, research, and supplemental reporting needs.

Requirements

• BA/BBA/BS Degree from a 4 year university.
• CPA Certification.
• 2+ years experience, preferably with financial statement audit experience.
• Knowledge of financial systems (i.e. Netsuite, Banking, Navan, ZIP, etc).
• Ability to focus, complete tasks accurately, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously.
