Account Manager - Remote

Overview

Veracity Insurance Solutions is changing insurance and is looking for an experienced remote Account Manager to manage an assigned book of business, cross-sell customers, and assist with retaining business.

In Short

• Manage assigned accounts with day-to-day activities.
• Manage renewals on existing accounts.
• Assist clients with questions or concerns regarding their policies.
• Pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional coverage.
• Process applications and submissions to carriers.
• Attend renewal meetings with the team.
• Handle correspondence with insureds, carriers, and brokers.
• Support Assistant/Jr. Account Managers.
• Work independently and take initiative.
• Adhere to department best practices.

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty License.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 7-10 years of Insurance Agency Account Manager Experience.
• Broad understanding of Commercial Insurance Policies.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Products.
• Familiar with agency management systems.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
