In Short

• Looking for a talented, detail-oriented UX/UI Web & Graphic Designer (Remote or Hybrid).
• Responsible for iterating design and UX solutions site-wide.
• Maintain WCAG and ADA compliance.
• Execute strategies from Design Manager or Senior Designers.
• Review Jr. Designers’ published pages for mobile response and QA.
• Collaborate with the Design Manager to develop personal goals.
• Build design aspects of customer applications within codeless apps.
• Create templates for websites.
• Take coaching and feedback from the design team.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• B.A. or equivalent in art/design with at least 1 year of design experience.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and web builders.
• Experience designing web pages and display ads.
• Understanding of legal compliance in design.
• Strong understanding of design concepts and execution.
• Ability to work within an Agile Sprint process.
• Strong communication skills within the design team.
• Digital file organization skills.
• Ability to accept and give constructive criticism.
• Design and business vocabulary to express concepts.
