In Short

  • Provide world-class customer experience through inbound phone calls.
  • Obtain and maintain your Property and Casualty License.
  • Work independently with little supervision.
  • Maintain regular and timely attendance.
  • Make decisions and problem solve while holding to an ethical standard.
  • Manage individual stress and composure.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • 2 years' experience in customer service.
  • Designated Space and Internet Capability to Work from Home.
  • Experienced with the Microsoft Office Suite.
