In Short

  • Supervise Phone Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)
  • Manage interviewing and hiring of phone employees
  • Maintain transparent communication within the department
  • Develop and enforce SOPs with Product Leads
  • Address high-level complaints and offer compensation
  • Compile phone reports and build action plans
  • Coordinate with other departments to enhance Online Programs
  • Ensure thorough documentation of customer accounts
  • Provide oversight for excellent customer service
  • Develop training materials for team

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ management experience
  • 2 years’ call center management experience preferred
  • 2 years’ experience in the insurance industry preferred
  • Ability to obtain/maintain Property & Casualty Insurance License
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Effective management/supervision skills
