In Short

  • Respond to client and carrier inquiries via phone or email.
  • Issue certificates of insurance (COIs) and assist clients with policy audits.
  • Provide timely correspondence to carriers, brokers, and agents.
  • Handle phone coverage and manage email correspondence.
  • Prepare and distribute required documents, including quotes and invoices.
  • Maintain accurate data records in the management system.
  • Organize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Perform general clerical duties and adhere to best practices.
  • Support team operations by preparing and distributing documents.
  • Conduct research and resolve issues related to invoicing.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • Active Property & Casualty License.
  • 2+ years of experience in CSR or administrative support.
  • Broad understanding of Commercial Insurance Policies.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office Products.
  • Familiar with agency management systems and tools.
  • Familiar with HubSpot (CRM) is a plus.
