In Short

  • Conduct outbound industry research to develop a pipeline of potential partners.
  • Perform partnership outreach through calls and emails.
  • Respond to inbound partnership inquiries.
  • Close partners through virtual meetings and email correspondence.
  • Conduct regular HubSpot maintenance for contacts and deals.
  • Meet or exceed SMART goals and KPIs.
  • Collaborate to solve partner challenges.
  • Create business cases for partnership opportunities.
  • Present product offerings at tradeshows and conferences.
  • Record videos with the marketing team for promotional purposes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of partner or customer support experience.
  • Demonstrated qualities of being humble, hungry, smart, and proactive.
  • Experience in solving customer problems and introducing solutions.
  • Skilled in researching trends and competitors.
  • Ability to conduct business case analyses.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
  • Experience with HubSpot and analytics platforms is a plus.
  • Insurance licensing required within 60 days of employment.
  • Experience with negotiation strategies and tactics.
  • Strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance is a plus.
