Overview

BSR seeks to hire an Associate Director within its Partnership Development team to lead the development of concepts and proposals and engage with donors in pursuit of grant funding. The Associate Director can be located in the US or Europe, with a preference for being located in a city where BSR has an office.

  • Knowledge of the international donor landscape.
  • Fluent in written and conversational English.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High ethical standards and commitment to core values.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for managing diverse teams.
