Overview

The Associate Director of Talent Development will lead scalable learning and development strategies and programs that empower professional growth, build leadership capabilities, and enhance skills across all organizational levels aligned to our talent and business strategies.

• Design, implement, execute, and scale leadership development programs for all levels and stages of employees.
• Oversee the delivery of development initiatives, leveraging facilitation expertise and instructional design principles.
• Partner with HRBPs to align performance management processes with a culture of continuous feedback.
• Lead talent review processes to identify high-potential employees and critical roles.
• Oversee the day-to-day execution of talent development programs.
• Utilize learning analytics and feedback to measure program success.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on talent development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10-12+ years of experience in talent development or L&D, with 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in designing and delivering scalable development programs.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
• Proficiency in leveraging talent analytics tools and HR systems.
• Strong project management capability.
• Passion for fostering a culture of empowerment and continuous learning.
• Advanced PowerPoint and facilitation experience.
