In Short

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Own the growth and management of Annual Recurring Revenue.
  • Identify new business opportunities and follow-up.
  • Work with Marketing and Business Development teams for lead generation.
  • Demonstrate products and value to customers.
  • Forecast and deliver against revenue targets.
  • Maintain detailed reports in the CRM system.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs.
  • Organize product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years in complex solution sales.
  • Casino industry sales experience required.
  • Proven track record in managing and growing recurring revenue.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
