Overview

The Customer Success Manager is responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring client needs are met, and driving customer engagement and satisfaction within the public sector.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years’ experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience with Public sector, including Fire and Law Enforcement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new conditions and assignments.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
