  • Maintain detailed sales activity reports in CRM.
  • Communicate with clients to address their needs and suggest solutions.
  • Organize product demonstrations based on client requirements.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and manage relationships post-sale.

Requirements

  • 3 years of sales experience, with 2 years in law enforcement solutions.
  • Desirable experience with Local Law Enforcement or 911 Agencies.
  • Proven track record in driving revenue and booking new business.
  • Knowledge of information systems and IT infrastructure.
  • Strong MS Office and CRM application skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Strong self-motivation and organization.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
