Overview

Cofactr is on a mission to empower those who get the critical work done. We're bridging the gaps left by traditional supply chain management solutions, creating a seamless link between Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) through our innovative BOM to Build Platform, specifically tailored for Hardware innovators.

In Short

  • Identify potential customers and run the end-to-end sales process
  • Build and maintain relationships with OEMs and Contract Manufacturers
  • Work with Founders and Engineering team to identify gaps in solutions
  • Manage pipeline and accurately reflect the probability of close
  • 1-2 years inside sales experience and 2-4 years outside sales experience
  • Experience in a new-revenue role with a strong track record of closing deals
  • Strong prospecting, qualifying, and negotiating skills
  • Ability to articulate complex solutions to all levels of OEMs
  • Desire to learn the technical aspects of Cofactr’s platform
  • Comfort working across a dynamic team with shifting priorities

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of inside sales experience
  • 2–4 years of outside sales experience
  • Strong track record of closing deals with OEMs and/or Contract Manufacturers
  • Consultative sales approach with a product-centric mindset
  • Proven ability to interact with various teams
  • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities
