In Short

• Key role in deploying Cofactr’s solutions for customers.
• Lead onboarding, implementation, and integration projects.
• Design and refine scalable implementation processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for customer success.
• Conduct training sessions for effective platform adoption.
• Gather customer feedback to inform product development.
• Track project status and customer satisfaction metrics.
• 6+ years of experience in project management or related roles.
• Experience in supply chain or logistics technologies preferred.
• Proactive problem-solving and communication skills required.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in project management, implementation, or a related role, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement technologies is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong focus on customer success and relationship building.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with complex integrations and data infrastructure.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com).
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• A knack for designing and improving processes.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
