Overview

The Senior Customer Success Manager at Cofactr will ensure customers achieve maximum value from our products and services, playing a key role in building our post-sales strategy.

In Short

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in customer success, service, or support.
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement technologies.
  • Proven ability to manage complex customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with early-stage companies and scaling processes.
  • Experience with post-sales technologies (SFDC, Gainsight, ZenDesk).
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for service.
