Overview

As a Senior Alliances Manager at Varicent, you will lead and expand relationships with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) and strategic SI partners, focusing on driving partner-led revenue and co-sell motions.

In Short

  • Own and manage key GSI partnerships, especially with Deloitte.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive partner business plans.
  • Work closely with technology partners like Workday.
  • Drive partner engagement and trust through collaboration.
  • Expand regional SI and boutique partner relationships.
  • Enable sales teams on partner capabilities and co-sell opportunities.
  • Lead executive-level engagement between Varicent and partners.
  • Measure and optimize partner performance.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in alliances or business development.
  • Deep understanding of co-sell models and enterprise software sales cycles.
  • Experience with technology partnerships, especially Workday.
  • Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute partner GTM strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and program management skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex partner ecosystems.
  • Willingness to travel 25%+ for partner meetings.
