  • 4+ years in frontline SDR/BDR team management.
  • Experience with multi-threaded account cycles.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles.
  • Experience with ABM campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and sales engagement tools.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized and data-driven.
