Overview

As a Customer Solutions Engineer at Vanta, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring that our customers get maximum value from the Vanta Trust Management platform while working closely with the Account Management and Customer Success teams.

In Short

  • Partner with Account Managers to drive renewals and expansion opportunities.
  • Build strong technical partnerships with customers through product demos and communications.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Influence product strategy based on customer feedback.
  • Understand product capabilities and competitive landscape.
  • Cultivate a team-oriented environment focused on improvement.
  • Resolve customer business issues collaboratively.
  • Develop processes for a best-in-class Solutions Engineering organization.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer-facing technical experience.
  • Outstanding communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and operating systems.
  • Strong project management skills in a startup environment.
  • Creative, curious, and persuasive personality.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to engage with various roles within organizations.
  • Familiarity with REST API development is a plus.
  • Prior B2B SaaS experience is ideal.
