Overview

The Post-Sales Solutions Engineer (SE) is a critical function of the Wallarm Customer Engineering team, responsible for providing expertise and support to customers after the sales process.

In Short

  • Develop a deep understanding of the product and its alignment with customer requirements.
  • Act as a technical advisor for customers, assisting with troubleshooting and best practices.
  • Deliver demos to customers and demonstrate Wallarm's value in various environments.
  • Manage the end-to-end process for customer proof-of-values (POV).
  • Recommend API security best practices and application architectures.
  • Provide constructive feedback from customers to product management.

Requirements

  • Strong technical expertise in API security and related technologies.

  • Experience in customer support or sales engineering roles.
