Overview

As a Solutions Engineer at Pindrop, you will provide technical pre-sale support to sales teams, acting as a subject matter expert for our solutions, and advising organizations on improvements to their operational processes.

In Short

  • Provide technical pre-sale support to sales teams.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Pindrop’s solutions.
  • Partner with sales to generate new license revenue.
  • Advise organizations on improvements to their IVR and fraud processes.
  • Gain trust and influence customer buying processes.
  • Develop and deliver presentations on technical concepts.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and lead successful proofs of value.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to build Statements of Work.
  • Respond to customer RFP/RFI/RFQ documents.
  • Support product launch activities and assist with trade shows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales engineering experience.
  • Proven consultative selling of large, complex deals.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Deep technical background in Contact Center technology.
  • Experience with contact center solutions required.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A relentless self-starter.
