Overview

The Senior Solutions Engineer - Post Sales will act as a vital bridge between customers and internal teams, providing technical guidance and support to help organizations maximize their data warehouse investments.

In Short

  • Partner with Customer Account Managers to provide technical knowledge about Census.
  • Teach customers about the capabilities of Census through demonstrations and workshops.
  • Take ownership of customer implementations and resolve technical issues.
  • Assist with prospect POCs and ensure customer success.
  • Collaborate with account management and engineering teams.
  • Engage with product teams to share customer feedback.
  • Ensure successful implementation and use of Census by customers.
  • Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.
  • Mentor junior Solutions Engineers and onboard new team members.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in a solutions engineering role or 6+ years as an enterprise data leader.
  • Strong customer empathy and communication skills.
  • Technical background in data warehousing and analytics engineering.
  • Proficiency in SQL and database best practices.
  • Self-motivated with problem-solving skills in a startup environment.
  • Curiosity and desire to learn and teach others.
