As the Director of Upmarket Account Management at Vanta, you will lead the development of the Upmarket Account Management organization, focusing on retention and expansion of the customer base in the Mid Market and Enterprise segments.

  • Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with cross-functional influence.
  • Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Experience in fast-paced startup or growth-stage SaaS companies.
  • Enthusiasm for cybersecurity and customer trust.
