Overview

As Vanta’s GTM Enablement team continues to scale, we are seeking a strategic and experienced leader to design, optimize, and expand global training programs that align GTM priorities with field execution across all segments and both pre- and post-sales teams.

In Short

  • Lead the strategy and execution of skill-based training and product proficiency programs across global GTM teams (Pre and Post Sales).
  • Design and scale enablement curriculums that addresses continuous learning, product updates, and role/segment specific competencies.
  • Manage and develop a team of Enablement Managers responsible for curriculum design, training delivery, and field execution across pre- and post-sales.
  • Deliver high-impact learning experiences through a blend of live training, digital learning, and coaching frameworks.
  • Serve as the voice of the field to influence enablement priorities and proactively identify capability gaps and learning needs.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and GTM leadership teams to align on messaging, timing, and priorities.
  • Develop, scale, and analyze metrics to measure enablement effectiveness, rep performance improvement, and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales and/or GTM Strategy, or related roles, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
  • Experience with sales methodologies, processes, and enablement best practices.
  • Proven track record of developing and scaling global enablement programs across pre-sales and post-sales functions.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and delivering high-impact training content, both live and virtual.
  • Expertise with GTM tech including LMS, Content Management Systems, and Knowledge Management Systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for learning and development, with a commitment to driving continuous improvements.
  • A bias for action and ability to operate with resilience.
