Overview

As a Business Development Representative for ValGenesis, you will be the first interaction with prospects. Your mission is to engage with them over phone and email to deliver answers, information and ideas on how they can use ValGenesis products within their organization and then prepare those prospects for their first engagement with sales.

In Short

  • Respond to inbound inquiries about ValGenesis products and solutions quickly and enthusiastically.
  • Achieve or exceed defined KPI Goals based on qualifying prospects according to established guidelines.
  • Proactively reach out to marketing leads that have self-qualified through a determined set of cumulative activities.
  • Engage high-interest individuals on LinkedIn and other channels to introduce ValGenesis products.
  • Schedule pre-demo meetings with appropriate regional sales persons after lead qualification.
  • Attend virtual or in-person events as a ValGenesis representative.
  • Update marketing and sales systems with details of phone calls and lead outreach.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to provide feedback on lead quality and process effectiveness.
  • Contribute to regular reporting as necessary.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date with products and solutions.

Requirements
