Overview

The Senior Field Sales Manager will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth in assigned accounting firms or corporations, utilizing a consultative sales strategy and deep product knowledge.

  • Develop deep expertise in Research & Advisory and Tax & Accounting products.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts while developing new business.
  • Engage with clients to understand needs and upsell solutions.
  • Utilize CRM tools to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with product teams to translate client feedback into actionable specifications.
  • Create and maintain an Annual Business Plan with accurate forecasts.
  • Travel up to 10% for client visits and team meetings.
  • Compensation includes a target salary and commission.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales quotas.
  • Experience with consultative sales approaches.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with Tax and Accounting concepts preferred.
  • Proven success in a virtual sales role preferred.
  • Recognition for top sales performance is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours when needed.
