In Short

  • Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the NorCal & PNW region.
  • Own sales targets across assigned accounts.
  • Build relationships with retailers, brokers, and distributors.
  • Execute annual business plans and track sales targets.
  • Create promotional budgets and activities for the region.
  • Manage administrative projects including sales forecasting.
  • Create effective merchandising programs for top accounts.
  • Analyze data and distributor reports for opportunities.
  • Partner with the Commercial team for tailored selling stories.
  • Assist customers in resolution of complaints.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in food or beverage.
  • Understanding of U.S. grocery retail markets.
  • Strong planning and customer management skills.
  • Experience with analyzing syndicated data.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in managing Distributors and Brokers.
  • Proven track record in a retail environment.
  • Knowledge of current sales and business development concepts.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle.
