Overview

The Technical Service Desk Analyst will support healthcare professionals by troubleshooting and resolving technology issues over the phone, ensuring smooth operations in patient care.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changes quickly.
  • CompTIA A+ Certification preferred.
  • Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) is a plus.
