Lead Generation Expert - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Lead Generation Expert professional who can help grow UnityBPO by generating new sales opportunities. You will work directly with our leadership team to hunt for and develop new prospects and work with those relationships to close sales.

In Short

• Generating potential customers and building a pipeline of prospects.
• Proactively generate new business opportunities through emails, cold calling, social selling, and follow-ups on marketing campaigns.
• Qualify leads and book meetings for the senior sales team.
• Own your KPIs and lead pipeline.
• Set introductory meetings and hand off leads to Account Executives.
• 2-3 years’ experience in lead generation, sales, or business development.
• Familiarity with lead generation tools like Yesware and ZoomInfo.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with a positive, “hunter” mindset.

Requirements

• 2-3 years’ experience in lead generation, sales, business development, or similar roles.
• Familiarity with Lead Generation techniques, tactics, tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with a positive, “hunter” mindset.
