Overview

The Technical Desk Analyst I will provide first-level technical support to healthcare professionals, ensuring their technology functions seamlessly to focus on patient care.

In Short

  • Full-Time remote position available for residents of NM, TX, or AZ.
  • Provide first-level support for hardware and software issues.
  • Assist clinicians with EHR usability and technical problems.
  • Document and escalate unresolved technical issues.
  • Work Monday through Friday, shifts between 6 AM and 9 PM MST.

  • Must have a hard-wired connection to the router.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support.
  • Basic knowledge of PC operations and desktop applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Openness to feedback and eagerness to learn.
  • Adaptability and self-motivation in a remote work setting.
  • CompTIA A+ certification preferred but not required.
  • Experience with EHR systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is beneficial.
