Overview

As a Service Desk Analyst I, you will support healthcare professionals by resolving their technology and software issues over the phone, ensuring smooth operations in patient care.

In Short

  • Full-time position with shifts between 6 AM and 9 PM MST.
  • Must reside in New Mexico, Colorado, Arizona, or Texas.
  • First line of resolution for technology issues in healthcare.
  • Requires basic IT troubleshooting skills.
  • Work independently while maintaining team interactions.
  • Flexibility in scheduling is necessary.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Working knowledge of PC operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task using multiple systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability to changing environments.
  • CompTIA A+ Certification is a plus.
  • Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) is a plus.
