As a Technical Analyst I at Varicent, you will be part of a dedicated team that provides expert technical support for our SaaS solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and seamless technology adoption.

In Short

  • Provide expert assistance to users navigating SaaS solutions.
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges and answer complex queries.
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to report bugs and enhance products.
  • Deliver exceptional service and foster customer satisfaction.
  • Work with experienced technology leaders and utilize various communication methods.
  • Maintain high client satisfaction by resolving issues effectively.
  • Support KPI targets and ensure proper documentation in CRM.
  • Participate in training and continuous development opportunities.
  • Work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
  • Fully remote position with flexibility for a work-life balance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant technical experience.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with relational databases and SQL scripting.
  • Ability to communicate technical instructions clearly.
  • Experience in troubleshooting web-based applications.
  • CEFR B2 level English proficiency or higher.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in utilizing support tools and processes.
  • Ability to share best practices for product utilization.
  • Willingness to provide weekend coverage on a rotational basis.
