Requirements

• 5 years of professional experience with 2 years in ServiceNow.
• Able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• US citizen.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical skills to document business processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of SDLC concepts.
