Overview

This role involves providing technical support and driving ongoing success for EHR-integrated customers, ensuring they maximize the value from the Zio service.

In Short

  • Remote position available anywhere in the US.
  • Provide technical support for EHR-integrated customers.
  • Collaborate with Technical Project Managers and Customer Care teams.
  • Troubleshoot issues within the interface engine (Mirth).
  • Analyze customer support trends for continuous improvement.
  • Manage customer integration rollouts and expansion projects.
  • Work independently with client implementation teams.
  • Align with customers on action plans for EHR integration success.
  • Drive internal projects for process improvement.
  • Engage in post-implementation support with Customer Care.

Requirements

  • Exceptional customer service orientation.
  • At least 1 year of EHR integration experience (Epic preferred).
  • Experience with HL7 integration engine solutions (Mirth preferred).
  • Experience with scripting (JavaScript preferred).
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with health systems or providers preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in healthcare or technology.
