As a Senior Manager of Revenue Cycle Management at iRhythm, you will lead the operational and strategic performance of the end-to-end revenue cycle, ensuring compliance and enhancing patient financial experiences.

  • Proven success in operational improvement initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of payer requirements and healthcare compliance.
  • Strong operational knowledge of RCM functions.
  • Effective communicator with stakeholder influence.
  • Skilled in project management and managing competing priorities.
  • Commitment to patient-centered financial practices.
