Overview

The Senior Manager, Revenue Cycle Management is responsible for overseeing staff and management of functions and processes within the revenue cycle, ensuring performance and compliance metrics are met.

In Short

• Oversee claims submission and follow-up processes.
• Lead large payer projects and care center support projects.
• Manage accounts receivable and resolve aged AR issues.
• Utilize data to identify claim denial patterns and develop solutions.
• Make independent decisions on claim adjustments and resolutions.
• Update RCM policies as needed.
• Train internal teams and care center staff.
• Support care center go-lives, potentially requiring travel.
• Achieve department KPIs through a team-focused approach.
• Handle staffing duties including hiring and training.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or medical office training certificate.
• 5+ years in managing physician revenue cycle.
• 3+ years in personnel management.
• Understanding of revenue cycle drivers and complex claims resolution.
• Experience with athenaOne, Trizetto, and SalesForce preferred.
• Experience with Florida providers and payers preferred.
• Compliance with HIPAA rules and regulations.

Benefits

• Base salary of $75,000 to $80,000.
