Overview

The Senior Manager, Revenue Cycle Management, at Privia Health is responsible for overseeing staff, managing functions and processes, and ensuring performance metrics are met while resolving claims issues.

In Short

  • Train internal teams and care center staff.
  • Support care center go-lives with potential travel.
  • Drive achievement of department KPIs.
  • Perform staffing duties including hiring and coaching.
  • Provide ongoing performance feedback to staff.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in managing physician revenue cycle.
  • 3+ years in personnel management.
  • Understanding of revenue cycle performance drivers.
  • Experience with athenaOne, Trizetto, and SalesForce preferred.
  • Experience with Florida providers and payers preferred.
  • Compliance with HIPAA rules and regulations.
