Overview

The Revenue Cycle Management Manager at Compass is responsible for overseeing and analyzing the financial performance of the revenue cycle process for the organization’s Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs). This role ensures the efficiency of external RCM company operations by monitoring revenue cycle functions, analyzing trends, and providing strategic financial insights to improve financial performance.

• Monitor the performance of external RCM partners.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as accounts receivable (AR) aging.
• Investigate revenue cycle discrepancies and prepare financial reports.
• Identify patterns in claims and collections to optimize revenue capture.
• Assist in annual budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Utilize critical thinking to address revenue cycle challenges.
• Conduct financial modeling and ad-hoc analysis for strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis within healthcare revenue cycle management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
• Understanding of healthcare billing, coding, and compliance regulations.
