Overview

Ensora Health is seeking a Manager for Revenue Cycle to lead a team of RCM Leads and Account Managers, ensuring efficient performance and revenue attainment in the mental and behavioral health sector.

In Short

  • Manage a team of RCM Leads and/or Account Managers.
  • Stay updated on legislative and payer changes.
  • Prepare regular reports on KPIs and RCM metrics.
  • Investigate and resolve customer claims issues.
  • Develop training programs for RCM activities.
  • Conduct audits and monitor team performance.
  • Collaborate with various departments for RCM priorities.
  • Assist in developing policies for RCM programs.
  • Manage interactions with outsourced vendor staff.
  • Lead RCM customer escalations and develop remediation plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • 4+ years of medical billing or revenue cycle management experience.
  • 4+ years of customer service/account management experience.
  • 2+ years of managerial experience preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Intermediate skills in Google Suite/Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in project management preferred.
