The Revenue Cycle Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the insurance claim pipeline, ensuring economic efficiency and compliance in the healthcare setting.

Manage claims from submission to finalization.
In-office work 3 days a week, remote 2 days a week.
Oversee accounts receivable and ensure timely reimbursement.
Identify trends and perform tactical planning.

Supervise direct reports and manage team assignments.
Implement and train on procedures and policies.
Maintain the chargemaster and payer fee schedules.
Review claim escalations as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, finance, or related field.
Significant experience in staff and project management.
2 years of revenue cycle management experience preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
In-depth understanding of healthcare billing and coding.
Professional certifications such as CPC or CPB may be advantageous.
