Revenue Manager - Remote

Overview

The Revenue Manager at Evolve is responsible for implementing and managing revenue strategies to optimize property listings and maximize homeowner revenue.

• Manage revenue for all listings within your assigned region.
• Develop and implement annual revenue strategies.
• Drive bookings by analyzing demand and pricing trends.
• Adjust strategies based on economic trends impacting the vacation rental industry.
• Track and monitor revenue levers for new listings.

• Communicate regional revenue strategies effectively.

Requirements

• 5+ years of pricing and/or revenue management experience.
• Creative thinker with a desire to innovate pricing approaches.
• Ability to work independently with limited oversight.
• Strong communication skills across various mediums.
• Data-driven decision-making skills.
• Working knowledge of Tableau, Excel, SQL, or similar software.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
