Overview

The Workday Analyst is responsible for managing configuration, testing, reporting, and operational support across multiple Workday modules, ensuring the Workday platform remains accurate and compliant.

In Short

  • Manage and optimize Workday configurations.
  • Conduct system analysis and troubleshoot issues.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards.
  • Lead testing activities for new releases and enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience working in Workday.
  • 2+ years of experience building reports or supporting integrations.
  • Experience in system release cycles and structured testing.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
