Overview

We are seeking a Workday Analyst to support our Workday platform, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure optimal configuration and performance.

• Support ongoing configuration and maintenance of Workday across various modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Workday.
• Participate in Workday releases and assess impacts.
• Create reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Maintain documentation of processes and configurations.
• Assist in Workday projects and module rollouts.
• Support in EIB Loads and change management.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience with Workday.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or Information Systems.
• Proficiency in Workday modules.
• Strong understanding of HR processes.
• Experience in creating reports and dashboards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Fluent in English.
