Overview

Join Piedmont Airlines as a Workday Analyst, where you will play a critical role in optimizing the use of Workday in our Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Department.

In Short

  • Support various Workday modules including Core HCM, Recruiting, Absence, and Benefits.
  • Act as a Workday technical expert and provide recommendations for process efficiency.
  • Serve as a tier II point of contact for team member inquiries.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects related to Workday processes and workflows.
  • Ensure data integrity within the HR management system.
  • Test and support Workday releases and updates.
  • Assist with HRIS data audits and cleanup.
  • Provide training to enhance internal knowledge of Workday.
  • Collaborate with the HRIS Manager on policies and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain reports that support business processes.

Requirements

  • Associate degree required.
  • One year of Workday HCM module administrator experience.
  • Strong understanding of the Workday HCM ecosystem.
  • Ability to collaborate in virtual and remote environments.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and Workday Pro Certification.
