The ideal candidate will have experience in dashboards, analytics, report writing, and general HRIS navigation, specifically within the Workday platform. This role involves analyzing HR data, creating insightful reports, and supporting HR operations to enhance overall effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related discipline preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Strong proficiency in Workday reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with general HRIS navigation and functionality.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills and be able to work effectively with diverse groups of people in a team environment.
