Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Business Analyst with expertise in HCM Core and Compensation to join our dynamic team in the pharmaceutical industry. This role will support the implementation, configuration, optimization, and ongoing management of the Workday HCM system.

• Configure and support Workday HCM Core and Compensation modules.
• Analyze business processes and design solutions for efficiency.
• Provide maintenance and troubleshooting for Workday HCM systems.
• Collaborate with HR, Compensation, and IT teams.
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
• Create and execute test plans for Workday configurations.
• Ensure data integrity and support user acceptance testing.
• Develop and maintain reports using Workday reporting tools.
• Provide training to HR users on Workday functionality.
• Monitor and evaluate Workday functionalities for enhancements.

Requirements

• Workday Certification (mandatory).
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Workday Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM functionality.
• Proficiency with Workday HCM modules.
• Experience with Workday Reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience working in a cross-functional team.
