Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Business Analyst will be responsible for managing work intake processes, optimizing workflows, and facilitating communication between business and technical teams.

In Short

• Design and manage structured work intake processes in Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear acceptance criteria.
• Work with Product Owners and technical leads to triage new work items.
• Develop and maintain custom workflows in ADO.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions for continuous improvement.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
• Facilitate meetings and retrospectives related to work intake.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in ADO.
• Implement best practices for Agile delivery and DevOps work tracking.
• Support training and adoption of ADO workflows.

Requirements

• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Ability to analyze and improve workflows.
• Experience in developing dashboards and reports.
• Understanding of governance frameworks.
