Overview

The Workday E2E Analyst is responsible for the end-to-end configuration, implementation, and support of modules of the Workday system, ensuring system reliability and optimization.

In Short

  • End-to-end configuration in the Workday system.
  • Support HR and Payroll teams for continuous improvement.
  • Manage and consult with functional teams for process incorporation.
  • Provide technical support and evaluate alternatives.
  • Maintain compliance with laws and organizational policies.
  • Identify gaps in business requirements early in projects.
  • Ensure proper documentation for audits.
  • Oversee configuration moves and system maintenance.
  • Review and apply Workday upgrades.
  • Collaborate with System Integrators and vendors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or IT related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience configuring HR applications.
  • Workday experience is a plus.
  • Ability to organize and plan implementations.
  • Experience with large-scale HR transformation projects.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience prioritizing workload effectively.
