Senior Financial Analyst - Remote

Overview

Compass Surgical Partners is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial performance across our ambulatory surgery center (ASC) portfolio. This role will partner closely with finance and operations leadership to analyze financial performance, identify key business drivers, and support decision-making through clear financial insights and modeling.

In Short

• Support monthly financial reporting for assigned surgery centers.
• Analyze trends in revenue, case mix, payer mix, and cost structure.
• Contribute to quarterly and annual forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with center administrators and operations leadership.
• Build and maintain financial models connecting operational metrics to financial outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency.
• Communicate financial results to non-finance stakeholders.
• Support ad hoc analyses related to operational initiatives.
• Maintain financial projections at the center and portfolio level.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting financial performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related analytical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis or related role.
• Strong understanding of financial statements.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into insights.
• Strong communication skills.
• Curiosity about operational drivers of financial performance.
