Overview

The Technical Service Analyst will provide IT helpdesk support to end users, handling requests from local and remote offices while ensuring quality customer service.

In Short

  • Field incoming IT helpdesk requests from end users.
  • Perform PC installations and maintenance.
  • Assist with server and network equipment maintenance.
  • Prepare and maintain procedures and documentation.
  • Provide training on various applications and systems.
  • Maintain technical problem history through a ticketing system.
  • Participate in special projects as requested.
  • Work in a team environment with rotational shifts.
  • Exhibit strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Dedication to quality customer service.

Requirements

  • Experience with hardware/software for PCs, laptops, and printers.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems (Windows 10).
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Basic networking knowledge (NTFS, TCP/IP, DNS).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and work proactively.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, ITIL, Active Directory is a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Exchange and Teams is advantageous.
  • Strong dedication to customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
