Overview

The Service Desk Analyst will provide Level 1 support to clients, offering customer-friendly assistance for IT products and services while working from home in New York.

In Short

  • Provide technical customer support via telephone, chat, and email.
  • Perform level 1 triage and resolutions like password resets and troubleshooting.
  • Handle callbacks as required.
  • Coordinate hardware and software requests.
  • Act as a subject matter expert across limited areas.
  • Train and mentor other service desk associates.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for advancement.
  • Must reside in New York during employment.
  • Provide 24/7 support across various shifts.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent experience.

Requirements

  • Experience in help desk/service desk handling tickets preferred.
  • Experience troubleshooting desktop hardware preferred.
  • Effective soft skills and active listening abilities.
  • Ability to manage call lengths and handle time effectively.
  • Entry to intermediate understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Windows 10, and basic computer terminology.
